All our premises are security protected by 24 Hour CCTV and someone is around 24 Hours a day.
Please note that, on departure from Essex Pooch Palace, all dogs must be picked up before 11:00 a.m. otherwise another day will be charged without exception.

If required, two dogs can be booked in to
the same 'pod' and a reduced rate of £18 per dog would be charged
instead of our normal rate. If interested please ask for more details.
